Chelsey is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at our West Hartford location. She graduated from University of Connecticut with her undergraduate in Psychological Sciences in 2018, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023. Throughout her clinical training at UConn, Chelsey completed her affiliations at UConn Health, Durant Physical Therapy, and ECHN Rehabilitation at the Ellington YMCA. While completing her doctoral degree, Chelsey was involved in research optimizing running performance and biomechanics through hip, knee, and foot posture.
Chelsey grew up playing various sports including softball, basketball, cross country, and track, which sparked her interest in a career in physical therapy. Chelsey is dedicated to her patients and passionate about helping them improve their quality of life with a healthy lifestyle, functional movement, exercise, manual therapy, and creating individualized treatment programs. Since graduating, Chelsey obtained her Dry Needling certification and has been trained in TPI assessments.

Yarden is Head of Operations at our West Hartford location. She graduated in 2017 from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Sciences and a minor in psychology. Yarden then went on to obtain her DPT in 2020 from UConn as well. During her time in her doctoral program, Yarden participated in post-operative ACL research. Yarden was honored with a position as graduate assistant of the UConn cadaver lab. During her clinical affiliation at EXOS, she was trained in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SMFA).Since graduating, she has obtained her Dry Needling Certification and additional training in pain science, sports nutrition, as well as sport specific rehabilitation in gymnastics, running, and golf populations. Yarden has extensive knowledge of gymnastics as a former level 9 competitive gymnast, a club collegiate gymnast and a coach. In addition, she played soccer as a midfielder and forward and continues to enjoy playing in an adult league.
As a former athlete herself, Yarden has a special interest in the rehabilitation of athletes and returning them to their sport. She is most passionate about utilizing specific functional exercise to target her patients’ impairments and allow them to gain the mobility, strength, and neuromotor control to meet the demands of their specific sport and to accomplish their goals. Yarden is avid about fitness and implements these notions into her PT and training to improve the overall function, health, and quality of life of her patients and clients.
In her free time, Yarden enjoys spending time with her puppy, traveling, watching UConn games, hiking, working out, flipping around, playing soccer, and spending time with friends and family.

Lindsay is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at both our Prospect and West Hartford locations. She graduated from Quinnipiac University’s 3+3 DPT program with an undergraduate in Health Sciences and minor in business. She was elected into the Alpha Chi Honor Society and graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. Lindsay’s post graduate training has included Functional Dry Needling Certification, Myofascial Cupping and the Mulligan Manual Therapy Certification. Lindsay also has experience treating pain and dysfunction related to orthopedic injuries, TMJ dysfunction, and development of preventative training programs related to a multitude of sports including running and cycling. During her undergraduate and graduate career, Lindsay completed extensive research in ACL rehabilitation and improvement of at-risk screening protocols for adolescent and college-age athletes in order to decrease the risk of ACL tears and post-surgical failure rates.
Lindsay grew up playing a variety of sports including ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer, gymnastics, and running; which fostered a passion for treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries for patients of all ages and educating individuals on maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
